If you or a family member require an interpreter service, we can organize this for you, please let us know when you make an appointment.
To cancel an appointment
To address the high demand and reduce missed appointments, we’ve implemented a non-attendance fee policy. If you do not attend your scheduled GP appointment without notifying us at least two hours in advance, you will be charged a fee ranging from $50.00, based on the length of the appointment booked. This fee must be settled before any future appointments can be scheduled. For more details, please contact our reception desk at (08) 9536 8555.
